Cancellation Policy
- Guests wishing to change or cancel their bookings must provide a minimum of 72 hours notice or a cancellation fee will apply
- Clients who fail to show will be charged in full
- While we’ll do whatever we can to accommodate clients, late arrivals may result in a reduced treatment time
